SCHEDULING

Anyone who wishes to schedule an appointment as a new client for color or any type of extension services must first schedule a consultation. This only takes 15-30 minutes, but with such varying service times and supplies needed it is necessary to discuss these services before we can schedule them. If an appointment request is made without a prior consultation the appointment request will be denied.

NO SHOW,LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES

Please allow 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling as it's very difficult to fill a spot on short notice. An invoice will be sent to the email address provided. The fee is 50% of the service which was missed. In the event of repeated "no shows" we may choose to no longer schedule you. Please remember to leave a message as a missed call does not communicate anything to us. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time as this is how we continue to remain in business.

REDO/REFUNDS

If anything doesn't seem right about your hair please let us know within 7 days to ensure we get you in for an adjustment. Anything after 7 days will be considered a new appointment at regular price. No refunds will be issued for services or products.
