SCHEDULING

Anyone who wishes to schedule an appointment as a new client for color, perm or any type of extension services must first schedule a consultation. This only takes 15-30 minutes, but with such varying service times and supplies needed it is necessary to discuss these services before we can schedule them. If an appointment request is made without a prior consultation the appointment request will be denied.

NO SHOW/CANCELLATIONS

Please allow 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling as it's very difficult to fill a spot on short notice. If this happens we will charge a fee of $50/hr to your card on file (which you agree to when requesting the service in Vagaro) or we will send an invoice for the "no show" to the email you have provided. This invoice will need to paid before another appointment is scheduled. In the event of repeated "no shows" we may choose to no longer schedule you. Please understand that we don't want to take advantage of you, but we must protect ourselves as well.

REDO/REFUNDS

If anything doesn't seem right about your hair please let us know within 7 days to ensure we get you in for an adjustment. Anything after 7 days will be considered a new appointment at regular price. No refunds will be issued for services or products.
