
SCHEDULING
Anyone who wishes to schedule an appointment as a new client for color, perm or any type of extension services must first schedule a consultation. This only takes 15-30 minutes, but with such varying service times and supplies needed it is necessary to discuss these services before we can schedule them. If an appointment request is made without a prior consultation the appointment request will be denied.
NO SHOW,LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES
Please allow 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling as it's very difficult to fill a spot on short notice. An invoice will be sent to the email address provided. The fee is 50% of the service which was missed. In the event of repeated "no shows" we may choose to no longer schedule you. Please remember you need to log in to vagaro if you need to change your appt, you may also send emails just please let me know. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time as this is how I continue to remain in business.
REDO/REFUNDS
If anything doesn't seem right about your hair please let me know within 7 days to ensure I get you in for an adjustment. Anything after 7 days will be considered a new appointment at regular price. No refunds will be issued for services or products.
